We deliver services using a Consumer Directed Care (CDC) approach, which gives you choice & control over how you receive care services. We cater to all cultures and aim to match you (culturally and linguistically) with the right care staff who speak your language and understand your cultural needs.
We take the time to get to know and understand what’s important to you. We empower you & your family/advocate to participate in the decisions about the range of suitable services we offer.
All services are provided mostly by our own qualified & experienced staff.
