What is Support Coordination?
Support Coordination is a service funded under the NDIS that helps participants understand and implement the supports in their NDIS plan. Our skilled Support Coordinators act as your personal guides, helping you navigate the NDIS landscape with confidence and clarity.

- Find and connect with quality service providers that match your needs
- Coordinate your supports and services
- Build your skills and confidence in managing your plan

Our Support Coordination Services
Support Coordination is typically included in your NDIS plan if you need assistance to coordinate your supports.
Level 1: Support Connection
Light-touch support to help you connect with providers and community resources, ideal for participants who need minimal assistance managing their plans.
Level 2: Coordination of Supports
Our comprehensive coordination service helps you implement all aspects of your NDIS plan, resolve service issues, build capacity, and coordinate multiple supports across different providers and settings.
Level 3: Specialist Support Coordination
For participants with complex situations requiring specialized expertise, our Specialist Support Coordinators provide intensive support to address high-level needs and help navigate complex service systems.
